Patient education animation about Entresto, a new heart failure medication. Entresto is a combination of sacubitril, a neprilysin inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker. In a large study, heart failure patients taking Entresto reduced the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization.

This video was intended to provide information for family and patients who are either transitioning to Entresto from an old prescription or a new patient. The content of this animation was reviewed by Novartis and healthcare professionals at Toronto General Hospital.
